I believe that every child has the right to learn and have as many opportunities as possible to develop skills to be career and/or college ready upon graduation.  Every child can learn given the proper tools and environment. 

It is our job to provide an environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive.  We want children to see themselves as capable learners and to believe in themselves enough to try new things without fear.  Parents are a vital part of the success children have in school.  Our community also helps in providing opportunities for our young people. 

The mission of the Student Services Department is to provide wrap around services for students that need additional assistance to meet the standards.  This additional academic support is provided in the least restrictive environment.  The state and federal funding is allocated for students that are disadvantaged or have a disability that requires specially designed instruction.  Staff strives to accelerate learning.  The goal is for students to be able to learn during the core curriculum and exit from services.
