Dear Parents:

Thank you for choosing Meyers-Stevens & Tooheys voluntary student accident & health plans. Please be advised that we need to make a change to your 2009/2010 student insurance plan in order to comply with the laws in Washington governing this type of insurance. You will find enclosed an amendment deleting the exclusion for intoxication consistent with the requirements of Washington RCW 48.21.125.

We will be sending notice of the change to parents of the students enrolled in our plan. Electronic versions of the printed materials previously distributed to parents have corrected and will be available on our

website at www.myers-stevens.com. Please be assured that effective immediately our Claims Department will process claims in full compliance with Washington's law.
