iOS Mail App

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Mail

3. Go to Accounts

4. Go to Exchange

5. Scroll to bottom

6. Click on delete account

7. Go to Add Account

8. Click on Microsoft Exchange

9. Type in your email address

10. Click Next

11. Click Sign In

12. Type in your password

13. Click on Go

14. Click on the sliders for the apps you want to sync to. Your phone.

15. Click on Save

16. Go back to Home and open Mail

17. Everything should be there within a few minutes

Android Mail App

1. Go to Settings

2. Search for Accounts

3. Click on Manage accounts

4. Find your CSDK12 email address (should say Microsoft Exchange under it)

5. Click on Remove Account and confirm

6. Go to Add Account at the bottom of the list

7. Select the Email app you are using

8. Click on Office365

9. Type in your email address

10. select work account

11. Type your password

12. Click sign in

13. Click Apply

14. Click Done

15. Click activate

16. Force close the app if emails don’t arrive in 2-5 minutes.
