Incoming Freshmen Online Registration Instructions

NEW STUDENTS
If you are a new student to our district, please call 769-5566 to set up a registration appointment with the Counseling Center.

REQUIRED FORMS FOR STUDENT REGISTRATION
Families, it is very important that you read and fill out the following documents and return them to CHS as soon as possible. If you do not have access to a printer you can printed copies form the school office. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to call us at (509) 758-5591. Thank you.

• Student Housing Questionnaire (return to CHS office)

• National School Lunch/Breakfast Program Letter (information only)

• Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals (return to CHS office if applicable)
